1.Brief
This is the first step of your design journey. In this stage we set up the project framework which includes defining the scope, establishing timelines and outlining the budget.

2.Concept
The team will start to develop and present the overall colour scheme and style and rough layouts for the client to start visualising the design.

3.Design Development
At this stage we start developing the Design concept after your approval.
With a good understanding of the layout, we begin to explore various options suitable for the space and carefully selecting furniture, joinery and materials.
Main activities are:
Develop drawings
Select suppliers and visit showrooms
Present FF&E selection
Review all material samples
Review costs and timelines
4.Tecnical Design
The main focus is on finalising important decisions including layouts, materials and joinery so that technical drawings can be completed and approved.
This is the stage where we produce the techincal drawing package which serves as the “instruction manual” for all involved in the project to ensure the creation of your perfect space.

5.Site
Thanks to step 1 to 4 we are finally lead to a smooth and considered build. We work as closely as you desire with your chosen contractor.
We understand that construction can be overwhelming, so our clients receive regular progress reports and site visits to ensure the project is running smoothly

6.Handover
We have made it!!
At this stage we are having fun creating the finished look, coordinating the delivery and installation of furnishings procured on your behalf, and meticulously completing the styling and dressing of the property.
